Do I need to use an EFT practitioner?

Many people ask me, “If you teach me the Emotional Freedom Technique, why would I come back to see you again?” This is a valid question.

You can learn the Emotional Freedom Technique and use it on your own very successfully. You can clear many of your own issues and you can feel significantly better. But you may have issues that just won’t go away no matter how much you tap on them – they seem to be blocked in some way. Or you may want to address an issue that when you look at it, seems so big and so complex that you have no idea where to even start with it. In these cases, an experienced EFT practitioner can help.

I was recently interviewed by Sadie of Steppin’ uP about the use of EFT for dissolving money blocks. Sadie is located in South Africa and after our online interview Sadie had a private session with local EFT practitioner, Bridget Edwards. Here is what Sadie had to say about the session:

“I am a rather ‘self-aware’ individual, especially when it comes to matters of emotion; but Bridget is an amazing practitioner, incredibly intuitive and working with her for the little time that we spent together has brought up so many things I would have missed had I decided to work on my own. So no matter how emotionally intelligent you may be, I would highly recommend working with a coach or practitioner when it comes to matters of emotion, belief and goal setting. It’s always good to have an objective opinion. And I must say EFT is fast becoming one of my favourite techniques. Bridget asked me how far down the rabbit hole I’d like to go; and now I finally understand what she means: EFT is easy to use, it makes logical sense but most importantly, it can be used for such a broad spectrum of things that I have yet to find something it cannot be used for.”

Many people hire others to help them become more proficient, more successful or more healthy. An athlete who has mastered a sport doesn’t drop his coach when the athlete is accepted into the Olympics, he wants MORE coaching to stay at his optimal performance.  A top notch salesperson will pay for advanced training to learn more about how to stay a leader in her field. People who want to master their fields look for ways to improve themselves all the time. What about mastering your own life? Are you the best person that you can possibly be?

An Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner can help you achieve optimal performance in your life. Who were you meant to be? What is holding you back? Take the step to the next level, contact an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner and start on your journey to discovery.
